A federal judge on Wednesday dismissed an antitrust lawsuit against Providence Health System brought by two Portland diagnostic-imaging clinics. EPIC Imaging and Body Imaging Radiology filed suit last year after Providence announced plans to remove them from its network of preferred providers.
